Animal Emergency Service (AES) Hawthorn East

At AES Hawthorn East, part of the Animal Emergency Australia (AEA) network, you’ll collaborate with some of the most highly skilled ECC professionals in the industry, with a strong culture of mentorship and knowledge sharing.

AES Hawthorn East is a well-equipped, purpose-built emergency and critical care hospital, providing access to:

- In office CT machine
- Digital radiology
- Blood gas and advanced point-of-care diagnostics
- Multiparameter monitoring and anesthetic ventilators
- Dedicated surgical suites with Melbourne city views
- Separate dog and cat ICU

About You

You’re capable, calm and collaborative and enjoy leading from the front and helping others to grow. You will bring:

- Ideally, 5+ years post-graduation experience, including at least 3 years in ECC practice
- Solid ECC foundational skills and the ability to manage a wide range of emergency cases
- BVSc (or equivalent) with Australian registration
- MANZCVS (ECC or similar) desirable, not essential
- A collaborative, can-do attitude with robust communication and client management skills.
- A genuine passion for emergency and critical care and a commitment to patient-first medicine

- Permanent Part-Time ++ $66.19/hour to $94.85/hour + super
- Maximum of 3 rostered overnights per month
