With a healthy pipeline of work and a strong team culture, they are now seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to manage procurement, trade agreements, and project financials across their domestic builds in Mackay and surrounding areas.
You will partner closely with the site supervision team, managing the commercial administration and variations so they can focus on delivering quality homes. Leveraging your solid local network, you will be instrumental in sourcing, vetting, and onboarding reliable subcontractors to keep pace with the company's expanding project load.
The Role:
- End-to-end contract administration
- Administer subcontracts, variations, claims and EOTs
- Drive cost control, forecasting & commercial reporting
- Support delivery teams to meet milestones without compromising safety or quality
- Maintain tight document control, ensuring all subcontracts align with internal master specifications and project budgets
- Build positive, proactive relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
About You
- Experience as a CA for a domestic wholesale builder (preferable) or experience as a CA for commercial construction with a residential background.
- Strong commercial awareness
- Confident communicator who builds trust & influence on-site and in the office
