The Role
As a Profit Coach, you'll be the primary relationship holder for a portfolio of small business clients, guiding them through our proprietary profit-building frameworks. You'll translate financial data into explicit, actionable steps and hold clients accountable to executing them. This is a hands-on coaching role for someone who thrives on seeing real results.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-impact coaching sessions tailored to each client's stage and goals
- Simplify complex financial concepts into steps clients can act on immediately
- Guide clients through our proven profit and wealth-building methodologies
- Monitor client progress using our traffic-light tracking system
- Build genuine community through events, group sessions, and client engagement
- Generate case studies and referrals through demonstrated client results
