The Role
As an ECC Veterinarian at AES Hobart, you'll provide clinical leadership, guide decision‑making on shift, and mentor vets and nurses.
- Team-based care model with a highly skilled nursing & support team
- Wide clinical scope including routine, intensive and critical care
- Radiology including ultrasound and digital radiographs
About You
You're capable, calm and collaborative and enjoy leading from the front and helping others to grow.You will bring:
- Ideally 3+ years graduated with at least 1-2 years of ECC experience (preferably from a referral environment)
- Solid ECC foundational skills and the ability to manage a wide range of emergency cases
- Bvsc (or equivalent) with Australian registration
- Strong emergency and critical care skills
- Confidence in clinical decision‑making
- Manzvs (ECC or similar) desirable, not essential
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
