MacKellar is seeking a hands-on HR Advisor to join our site-based team at Carmichael Mine in Central Queensland. The role supports operation leaders and employees across a broad range of HR matters on a 5/2/4/3 roster with FIFO from Townsville or Rockhampton.
You will provide practical HR advice, manage employee relations, investigations, and performance matters, and help deliver a protected, compliant workplace while partnering with site leadership and the Health team.
