Seek.com.au is recruiting for a substantial leadership role overseeing one to two large-scale sheep operations near Forbes, NSW. You will lead 13 staff, coordinate 2,000–3,000 weekly sheep movements, and ensure high standards of animal welfare, safety and biosecurity.

We seek an experienced operator with at least five years managing large sheep teams, proven people leadership and solid reporting abilities.
