About the role

We are looking for a skilled Charge-Up Operator to join our underground mining team. In this role, you will safely and efficiently carry out all aspects of development charge-up operations.

We’re seeking an adaptable and results-oriented individual with a positive mindset, who thrives in an underground setting where safety matters. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our operations as we continue to evolve.

Peak - Cobar NSW

Travel options

Residents enjoy a balanced roster and the chance to settle into the family-friendly township of Cobar. Relocation support is available, along with a residential allowance

DIDO if you live within an 800km radius of the Mine site which includes a travel allowance

FIFO from Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne

Qualifications and experience

- Experience in an underground hardrock mining environment
- NSW Blaster’s User Explosives Licence (BUEL)
- Security Clearance (UHL)
- SW Work Safely at Heights Certificate
- Statement of Attainment in IKON (Electronic Detonator Initiation)
- Statement of Attainment in Hypercharge Systems
