This permanent, full time role offers set Monday-to-Friday hours to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering high-standard clinical outcomes for residents.

Ideal candidates are experienced Clinical Care Coordinators ready to step into a managerial capacity, with strong knowledge of AHPRA registration and Australian aged care
