We are seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Administrator for domestic builds in Mackay. You will manage end-to-end contract administration, subcontracts, variations, claims and EOTs, while driving cost control and commercial reporting to keep projects on track.
Working closely with site supervision, you will vet and onboard reliable subcontractors, maintain robust document control, and support delivery milestones without compromising safety or quality.
