School Plus is looking for a passionate and motivated Service Leader to lead our 52-place service at Wyreema State School.

About the Role

- Lead and support a team of educators
- Create engaging, play-based programs for school-aged children

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service

About You

You're a people-focused leader who enjoys building relationships and supporting others to succeed.

You’ll bring:

- A Diploma in School Age Education and Care, Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
- Leadership experience within OSHC, Early Childhood Education or a similar setting
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework
- A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
- A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing
