Marsai Clinic is seeking a dedicated Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary outpatient practice in Cleveland, Brisbane. This is a focused clinical and coaching role embedded within a specialist psychiatric setting, combining evidence-based psychological practice with specialised neurodiversity and adult ADHD/ASD coaching. Working 37 hours per week directly from our Cleveland clinic, the successful candidate will provide comprehensive psychological assessments, formulation, and structured therapeutic interventions for adults presenting with mood, anxiety, and complex neurodivergent conditions. The role works closely with our Senior Consultant Psychiatrists and clinical team, delivering diagnostic support, psychometric evaluations, and specialised one-on-one coaching to empower clients in executive functioning, emotional regulation, and daily functioning.

Key responsibilities

Provide evidence-based psychological assessments, formulation, and therapeutic interventions (including CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, and Mindfulness-informed approaches) under approved supervision.

Conduct diagnostic pre-work and psychometric profiling to support psychiatric evaluation pathways, utilizing standardized instruments (such as DIVA-5, CAARS-2, CATI, and ASRS-5).

Deliver specialised Neurodiversity and Adult ADHD/ASD Coaching programs (including AuDHD Functional Coaching, REST, and TIND) focusing on executive functioning, organisation, and emotional regulation.





Support late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD adults with adjustment, identity integration, unmasking, self-advocacy, and practical coping strategies.

Collaborate closely with Dr Saibal Guha, consulting psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary team members on shared care, case discussions, and clinical formulation.

Maintain accurate, contemporaneous clinical documentation in Halaxy, preparing professional GP/shared-care letters and psychological reports.

Actively engage in mandated individual supervision with an AHPRA Board-approved supervisor and adhere to all transitional or provisional registration requirements.

Work in office full-time (37 hours per week) at Marsai Clinic's consulting rooms in Cleveland.

About you

Experience or demonstrated capability in evidence-based psychological practice (CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, Mindfulness-informed approaches)

Knowledge of neurodiversity, adult ADHD, and autism spectrum conditions

Proficiency with psychometric assessment tools and diagnostic instruments

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary psychiatric team

Strong clinical documentation and report-writing skills

Commitment to clinical supervision and professional development

Relevant qualification in Psychology and current registration, or eligibility for registration, with the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA/AHPRA), as applicable to the position.
