ACA Insulations in Queensland seeks a Leading Hand to run the shed and lead a small crew on the factory floor. This is an on-the-tools role with no FIFO and close collaboration with the owner, enabling quick decisions.
You will manage duct manufacture flow, allocate jobs, read drawings, and ensure on-time delivery for commercial projects. Expect above-award pay and a pathway from Leading Hand to Shed/Operations Manager, plus training tickets and a phone allowance.
