Sitemate is scaling rapidly and is seeking a near-term HR/Payroll lead to own the employee lifecycle end-to-end. You will manage payroll across four entities, onboarding and offboarding, and drive automation across People processes. You will collaborate with Finance on reconciliations and keep HRIS data clean and compliant.
