About the Role

FutureNest Education is growing, and we are currently seeking passionate and dedicated educators to join our team across FIVE teaching areas:

- Early Learning
- English
- Mathematics
- Senior Sciences
- AI educators

We welcome applicants with expertise in one or more of these areas . You are not required to teach across all three programs.

Our students range from early learners through to school-aged students, with teaching delivered through 1:1 and small-group sessions. Our focus is not only on academic development, but also on building confidence, independence and a positive attitude towards learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging 1:1 and/or small-group learning sessions
- Plan and deliver lessons with clear learning goals
- Adapt teaching approaches to suit different ages and ability levels
- Support students’ academic, social and learning development
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback when required
- Develop individual learning plans where appropriate
- Create a positive, encouraging and engaging learning environment
- Use digital tools and AI appropriately to enhance teaching and learning
- Maintain a safe,



welcoming and professional classroom workplace

About You

- We are looking for educators who are passionate about helping students learn and grow.
- Ideally, you will have:
- A relevant degree or teaching qualification in Education, Early Childhood Education, English, Mathematics, Sciences or a related field
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- The ability to work with students across different ability levels
- A patient, encouraging and student-focused approach
- Strong lesson planning and teaching skills
- Familiarity with the Australian Curriculum (highly regarded)
- A current Blue Card, or eligibility to obtain one

Early Learning Applicants

- For applicants interested in our Early Learning programs, a degree or recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required.
- A strong understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate teaching practices is essential.
