Found Wellness is looking for an experienced, commercially minded Clinic Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and performance of our growing skin, laser and wellness clinic.

Working closely with the Clinic Owner and Clinical Team Leader , this is a hands‑on leadership role spanning people, operations, sales, marketing, systems, client experience and business development .

About the Role

As Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the clinic runs efficiently, the team is supported and accountable, business targets are actively managed and our clients consistently receive an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and supporting the clinic team and managing day-to-day performance

- Managing rosters, workflows, diary utilisation and clinic operations

- Monitoring revenue, KPIs, productivity, rebooking and retail performance

- Driving a solid retail sales culture and supporting the team to achieve targets

- Overseeing stock, ordering, administration and operational systems

- Supporting marketing campaigns, promotions and clinic events

- Assisting with social media planning, scheduling and in‑clinic content

- Supporting email and database marketing initiatives

- Managing and confidently navigating booking, CRM,



marketing and other digital platforms

- Identifying and implementing improvements to systems and processes

- Maintaining an exceptional client experience and managing client concerns

- Developing relationships with complementary local businesses and professionals

- Identifying opportunities for partnerships, referrals and cross‑marketing

- Supporting the attraction of aligned contractors and specialist practitioners

- Identifying and developing potential room sublease opportunities

- Reporting regularly to the Clinic Owner on performance, opportunities and areas requiring attention

About You

You are an organised, proactive and commercially aware manager who enjoys people, sales, systems and business growth .

You will ideally have:

- Previous management or leadership experience

- Strong people‑management and communication skills

- Commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs and targets

- Strong retail and sales capability

- A high level of IT and digital capability

- Confidence using social media and digital marketing platforms

- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills

- Confidence building external business relationships

- The ability to manage multiple priorities and follow projects through to completion

- A proactive approach — you identify what needs to be done and take ownership of it

Experience within the skin, beauty, wellness, medical, allied health or premium service industries would be highly regarded, but strong management capability is more important than being a clinician.
