Position Available

Casual Bartender – Restaurant Award Level 2

- Monday–Friday: $33.85 per hour
- Saturday: $40.62 per hour
- Sunday: $40.62 per hour
- Public Holidays: $67.70 per hour

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

- Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, spirits and other beverages consistently and efficiently
- Delivering warm, engaging bar service and confidently making drink recommendations to guests
- Working closely with the bar and restaurant teams to deliver smooth, fast-paced services

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within a busy restaurant or bar
- Strong cocktail, wine and spirits knowledge, with the ability to work quickly and consistently during busy services
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
