The Role

We are looking for a confident and qualified Catering & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations and support our hospitality team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who leads by example, delivers exceptional service, and ensures smooth operations across both catering and beverage service.

About You

- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality
- Exceptional customer service skills with a warm and professional manner




- Current RSA required
- Well-presented, punctual and reliable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently
- Availability across weekends, afternoons and evenings
- A team player who can lead staff confidently during busy service periods
