Investa Property Group is seeking a motivated People and Development Business Partner to own our learning and development strategy. This part time role (3 days per week) will partner with leaders to shape learning solutions, grow leadership capabilities, and drive development planning across the organisation from our People & Culture team in Sydney.
You will lead the L&D; strategy, curate our learning platform, manage the budget, and design effective programs for both teams and individuals.
