As our Restaurant Supervisor, you'll be an important part of the team on the floor, helping lead service and making sure our guests and staff have an amazing experience. This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, loves working with people and takes pride in delivering great service.
Key responsibilities
- Leading and supporting the front-of-house team during service
- Being hands-on and visible on the floor
- Creating a warm, welcoming and energetic environment for our guests
- Maintaining our high standards of service and presentation
- Supporting staff with training, guidance and motivation
- Helping manage busy services and keeping the team organised
- Handling guest enquiries and resolving issues confidently and professionally
- Opening and closing the venue when required
- Working closely with management and the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly
- Helping build and maintain a positive team culture
About you
- Has previous restaurant or hospitality supervisory experience
- Is confident leading a team and running a busy service
- Has a genuine passion for great customer service
- Leads by example and isn't afraid to get stuck in
- Has excellent communication and people skills
- Can stay calm, organised and positive under pressure
- Takes pride in presentation, service and attention to detail
- Is reliable, energetic and brings a outstanding attitude to every shift
- Is available to work a mix of days, evenings and weekends
