About the Role

FutureNest Education is growing, and we are currently seeking passionate and dedicated educators to join our team across FIVE teaching areas:

- Early Learning
- English
- Mathematics
- Senior Sciences
- AI educators

We welcome applicants with expertise in one or more of these areas . You are not required to teach across all programs. We provide FACE TO FACE teaching in BRISBANE.

Our students range from early learners through to high school students, with teaching delivered through 1:1 and small-group sessions. Our focus is not only on academic development, but also on building confidence, independence and a positive attitude towards learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging 1:1 and/or small-group learning sessions
- Plan and deliver lessons with clear learning goals
- Adapt teaching approaches to suit different ages and ability levels
- Support students’ academic, social and learning development
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback when required
- Develop individual learning plans where appropriate
- Create a positive, encouraging and engaging learning environment
- Use digital tools and AI appropriately to enhance teaching and learning




- Maintain a safe, welcoming and professional classroom setting

About You

We are looking for educators who are passionate about helping students learn and grow.

Ideally, you will have:

- A relevant degree or teaching qualification in Education, Early Childhood Education, English, Mathematics, Sciences or a related field
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- The ability to work with students across different ability levels
- A patient, encouraging and student-focused approach
- Strong lesson planning and teaching skills
- Familiarity with the Australian Curriculum (highly regarded)
- A current Blue Card, or eligibility to obtain one

Early Learning Applicants

For applicants interested in our Early Learning programs, a degree or recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required. A strong understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate teaching practices is essential.
