Kanda is seeking a passionate Team Leader to support children and young people with complex disabilities in a 7-day roster in Cairns. You will lead shifts, guide the team, and ensure a protected, dignified environment that promotes independence and belonging.

You will work closely with families and professionals to implement care plans, manage challenging situations, and support broad developmental needs while fostering a positive, trauma-informed approach.
