Our first engagement is usually an AI audit. Your job is to understand the business, explain the value of that process and help the right clients take the next step. You will work closely with the founders, with the delivery team involved when a conversation needs technical depth.

The work you will own.

- Run discovery and decision calls with qualified leads, asking how the company operates and where work or revenue gets stuck.
- Maintain a thoughtful follow-up process across calls and email. Keep context, next actions and commitments visible in the CRM.
- Explain the audit, its deliverables and the path into implementation without promising results we have not assessed.
- Give the delivery team a clear handoff covering the business, decision-makers, objectives, concerns and agreed scope.
- Feed the objections and patterns you hear back into marketing and the offer.

What you bring.

- Experience selling consulting, professional services or another considered B2B purchase.
- Strong spoken and written English,



with confidence speaking to Australian business owners.
- Commercial judgment: you can distinguish a valuable operational problem from a request for a fashionable tool.
- Practical curiosity about AI. You use the tools and can discuss their value and limitations plainly.
- Reliable ownership of a pipeline, with disciplined notes and follow-through.

How we work together.

This starts as a part-time, commission-first arrangement. The commission structure is agreed before you begin. A base-plus-commission arrangement may be discussed after a successful trial; it is not a commitment attached to this opening.

What good looks like.

Clients arrive at a explicit decision, the CRM reflects the actual conversation, and delivery receives work that has been sold responsibly. The quality of the handoff matters alongside the sale.
