The Role

Reporting to the Concierge Manager, you'll manage relationships with a portfolio of Ultimate members and deliver a highly personalised level of service.

You will:

- Build genuine, long-term relationships with your members and learn their preferences, routines and interests
- Be their go-to person for requests, recommendations and experiences
- Welcome and host members when they visit the Club
- Curate their Saint Haven experience across treatments, practitioners, classes and events
- Coordinate lifestyle requests including restaurants, travel, gifting, tickets, events and special occasions
- Recognise birthdays, milestones and the little details that make service feel personal




- Anticipate what members may need before they have to ask
- Take ownership of requests from start to finish
- Re-engage members and help them get the most from their membership
- Work closely with teams across Saint Haven to create seamless member experiences

About You

You may come from luxury hotels, premium hospitality, private clubs, VIP or guest relations, luxury retail, travel, aviation, events or another high-touch customer environment.

What matters most is how you make people feel.

- Warm, engaging and naturally relationship-driven
- Polished and professional without being overly formal
- Highly organised and exceptional at following through
- Resourceful - if you don't immediately know how to make something happen, you'll find out
- Discreet and comfortable building relationships with discerning clientele
- Across Melbourne's restaurants, events, hospitality and lifestyle scene
- Genuinely passionate about delivering memorable, personalised service
