About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and organised Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Managing a residential portfolio end-to-end
- Routine inspections and maintenance coordination
- Liaising with rental providers and renters
- Managing arrears and lease renewals
- Coordinating leasing where required
- Ensuring compliance with current Victorian legislation

About You

- Previous Property Management experience
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Agent’s Representative Certificate or equivalent
- Current driver’s licence
