Customer Success Representative – F & I Dept

As a Customer Success Representative – F&I;, you will play an important role in ensuring every customer lead received by our dealerships is contacted and given the opportunity to discuss their finance and insurance requirements. You will proactively call customers, understand their individual needs, identify potential finance and insurance opportunities, and connect interested customers with the relevant Business Manager for further assistance. Working closely with our Sales Consultants, Sales Managers and Business Managers, your focus will be on creating a seamless customer experience while maximising F&I; opportunities across the dealership group.

Key responsibilities

Contact each and every customer lead received across our dealerships to explore their finance and insurance needs

Engage customers in a friendly, professional and confident manner

Identify potential finance and insurance opportunities through effective questioning and conversation

Explain the benefits of speaking with our dealership Business Managers regarding available finance and insurance options

Build and maintain strong, skilled relationships with customers

Work closely with Sales Consultants, Sales Managers and Business Managers to ensure opportunities are followed through

Accurately record customer interactions, follow-ups and outcomes in our CRM system





Ensure all communication is conducted professionally and in accordance with dealership policies and applicable compliance requirements

About you

Previous experience in customer service, call centre, automotive, finance, banking or a sales environment

Excellent telephone communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence in making outbound customer calls and following up leads

A positive and professional approach to customer service

Strong relationship-building skills

Strong attention to detail and accurate CRM/data entry skills

The ability to work effectively within a busy, results-driven team environment

Automotive or finance experience would be highly regarded, but is not essential
