Store Manager — Sushi Sushi Nedlands (independently owned & operated)

You'll run the day-to-day of the store and build a team of Sushi Artisans who take pride in serving fresh, high-quality sushi to every customer. Reporting directly to the owners, you'll lead a brand-new Sushi Sushi store at 80 Stirling Highway, Nedlands.

Key responsibilities

Leading, training and motivating your store team each day

Creating a welcoming environment and a consistently great customer experience

Driving sales and keeping on top of store KPIs, labour and COGS

Managing rosters, ordering and stocktakes

Upholding the highest standards of food safety and workplace safety using company-provided tools

Ensuring every product going out is fresh, consistent and well presented

About you

1–2+ years leading a team in hospitality, QSR or food retail





A genuine customer-service focus and the ability to lead and engage a diverse team

Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on workplace

A good head for rosters, stock and store costs

Proven food-safety knowledge
