An opportunity is available for an experienced Qualified Fitter to join a busy workshop team. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with strong mechanical fitting skills, particularly across hydraulic systems and machinery repairs.

The Role:

- Troubleshoot, repair, install and commission hydraulic systems.
- Manufacture hydraulic hoses.
- Complete mechanical assembly and disassembly of machinery.
- Work with bearings, bushes and general mechanical components.
- Carry out maintenance and repairs on new and existing equipment.
- Identify faults and work independently to resolve issues.

About You:

- Trade qualified Fitter with solid practical experience.
- Hydraulic experience is highly regarded.
- Own comprehensive trade tool kit.




- Physically fit and comfortable working around and underneath machinery.
- Able to work independently and across different workshop areas.
- Forklift licence preferred, or willingness to obtain one.

What’s on Offer?

- $50–$55 per hour , depending on experience.
- Full time, Monday to Friday.
- Approximately 6:00am–5:00pm or 6:30am–4:00pm.
- Overtime available.
- Potential for a 4-day working week for the right person.
- Predominantly workshop-based position.
