Assistant Club Manager – Snap Fitness Spring Hill

Are you passionate about fitness, wellness, and creating a vibrant community? Snap Fitness Spring Hill is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Assistant Club Manager. This is your chance to inspire, engage, and grow our Snap Fitness community while driving membership growth.

About the Role
As the Assistant Club Manager for Snap Fitness Spring Hill, you’ll take the lead as the welcoming face of our well-established club, proudly serving the community for over 10 years. Our club features expanded spaces, recent equipment, upgraded bathrooms, and the added luxury of an Infrared Sauna. Your role will focus on supporting the club manager to deliver exceptional results, fostering community, and creating an outstanding member experience . From day one, you’ll ensure every member feels valued, supported, and inspired. This role is ideal for a driven and personable individual with a passion for both sales and member engagement.

Responsibilities

- Community and Engagement : Create a welcoming, fun atmosphere where members feel at home. Lead by example, whether through social media interactions, member onboarding, or wellness check-ins.
- Sales and Growth : Drive lead generation, membership growth, and retention strategies. Your sales expertise will be essential in growing our club's success.
- Floating club cover :



Provide cover at other clubs within our Brisbane team during periods of staff sickness or annual leave; adapt to different club environments while maintaining a consistent and high standard of member service.
- Facility and Wellness Management : Oversee daily club operations, help ensure equipment and facilities are maintained to a high standard, support the delivery of a positive overall wellness experience for members.

- Core Club Hours : Monday to Thursday 9 am - 6.30 pm, Friday 9am-1pm Core hours may vary on occasion depending on business requirements.

What We’re Looking For

A high-energy, self-motivated fitness professional with a proven track record in sales and community building.

Social media savvy and comfortable in front of the camera, creating content, engaging online, and promoting our club.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive team environment.

Passion for fitness and wellness with a genuine interest in seeing members succeed.

Qualifications

- Minimum Certificate 3 in Fitness (cert 4 preferred)
- Current Senior First Aid and CPR (or higher)
- Police/working with children check/blue card (or willing to obtain)
- Fitness registration will be highly regarded.
