Monash Health is seeking a Family/Carer Peer Worker, Level 4, to contribute lived experience within the Mental Health service in the Dandenong area. The role supports adults in the HOPE team, mentoring peers and guiding family and carer involvement in recovery planning and treatment.
You bring a year plus of Level 2 peer experience, IPS training, and a passion for person-centred care, empathy, and cooperative practice across multidisciplinary teams.
