The Big Group is seeking an experienced Head Barista to lead the coffee offering across our Biblio and Guild Cafés at State Library Victoria. This hands-on leadership role focuses on setting quality standards, training and mentoring a team, and maintaining an outstanding coffee experience.
You will spend the majority of your time on the coffee machine, delivering exceptional beverages, and ensuring efficiency during peak periods. A passion for hospitality and team development is essential.
