Swatch Group is seeking an Inventory & Customer Care Coordinator to support our Retail, Ecommerce and Wholesale channels across Australia and Current Zealand. The role combines inventory management, customer care and Ecommerce operations, working with local teams and Swatch HQ in Switzerland.
Responsibilities include inventory control across multiple channels, stock replenishment, product launches, pricing and stock availability, plus delivering first-class customer service via phone and email.
