Sofitel Sydney Wentworth is seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef de Partie to lead breakfast service across outlets, including à la carte and buffet offerings. You will work with Sous Chefs and the broader culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences each morning.
Ideal candidates will have a trade qualification in Commercial Cookery and proven CDP or solid Demi Chef experience in luxury or high-volume environments, with robust hygiene practices and a can‐do mindset.
