Select Harvests is expanding its external almond supply and seeks a Grower Liaison Manager to foster solid relationships with third-party growers. This field-focused role involves regular travel to grower sites, supporting forecasting, contracts, certification and harvest logistics.
You will work closely with Operations, Quality and Logistics to grow and sustain a high-quality supply network while maintaining existing grower relationships and ensuring compliance across the network.
