ROOF PLUMBER – IMMEDIATE START
We are seeking experienced Roof Plumbers to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and skilled tradespeople looking for consistent work with a qualified team delivering commercial and/or industrial roofing projects in Hervey Bay and Maryborough.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation of metal roofing and wall cladding systems
Installation of gutters, downpipes, flashings and rainwater systems
Measuring, cutting and installing roofing materials
Installation of roof penetrations, flashings and associated components
Completing roofing works to a high standard and in accordance with relevant Australian Standards
Identifying and resolving roofing and waterproofing issues
Working safely at heights and complying with site WHS requirements
Coordinating with supervisors, other trades and site management
Maintaining a clean, protected and organised work area
The successful applicant will ideally have:
Previous experience as a Roof Plumber, particularly in commercial or industrial roofing
Relevant Roof Plumbing trade qualification/licence (ideal, not essential)
Construction White Card (essential)
Working at Heights certification (essential - we can assist if needed)
EWP licence/ticket highly regarded
Good knowledge of metal roofing, flashings, gutters and rainwater systems
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transport and appropriate tools
A solid commitment to workplace safety
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
