NH Collection Sydney is seeking a Rooms Division Manager to lead the pre-opening team and drive exceptional guest experiences across Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations and Concierge.
You will shape service standards, recruit and develop talent, implement procedures, and guide the day-to-day performance once open.
A solid track record in luxury hotel operations and pre-opening leadership is preferred.
