Qantas is seeking a Senior Claims Officer to manage a portfolio of complex NSW workers' compensation claims, supporting recovery and return to work from our Mascot Head Office.
You will lead end-to-end claims management, review liability decisions, and develop injury management strategies.
The role requires solid stakeholder management, excellent communication, and deep knowledge of NSW legislation.
