Blayney Shire Council is seeking a motivated Leading Hand - Maintenance Grading to join our Civil Works team in Blayney. This hands-on, full‐time role focuses on guiding and supporting road maintenance operations while upholding safety and council standards.
We offer a four‐day week, job security, long service leave after five years, and local work-life balance. Training is provided, including enrolment in a Certificate III in Civil Works (Plant) for those who don't already have it.
