Australian Venue Co. in Cannon Hill, Queensland, is seeking a hands-on Duty Manager to join the leadership team on a fixed-term full time basis.
You will lead day-to-day venue operations across food, beverage and gaming, delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding high service standards.
You will coach and motivate front-of-house staff, manage rostering and labour, assist with opening/closing, and work closely with the Venue Manager to drive operational success.
