Mercure Perth, located in the Perth CBD, seeks a Groups & Reservations Manager to oversee all group bookings, airline groups, and room allocations while coordinating with departments to maximize revenue and deliver exceptional service.
You will build relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies, quote group rates, handle inquiries, and train the Front Office team on airline group processing.
Fluency in English and experience in hospitality software are preferred.
