POP MART is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager for our Melbourne store to lead a agile team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You will coach staff, help recruit and train current hires, and support daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment ahead of a current store opening in Chadstone in November .
The role emphasizes people leadership, KPI-driven performance, inventory control and a strong customer focus across weekly product launches and promotions.
