L'Oréal Luxe is seeking a National Education Manager in Australia to lead the national education strategy for Lancôme. You will bridge brand vision with counter execution, turning retail teams into skincare, makeup, fragrance, and luxury service authorities.
You will translate global masterclasses into practical training, engage and motivate Beauty Advisors, and upskill field teams on POS and beauty tech services, including the Lancôme Skin Screen. Cooperative leadership is essential.
