Job Description
Life Without Barriers in Geelong is seeking two experienced Therapeutic Residential Care House Managers to lead a team providing high-quality care to young people with complex needs.
n
You will mentor Residential Care Support Workers, apply a trauma-informed approach, coordinate care plans, and ensure secure, supportive settings. A current Senior First Aid certificate and an unrestricted Australian driver licence are essential, along with relevant qualifications and crisis leadership experience.
