ChaChing Melbourne is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the front-of-house team, and elevate guest experiences in our Melbourne CBD venue.
You will work with the Restaurant Manager and Director to ensure smooth service, recruit and train staff, manage bookings, monitor labour and costs, and drive revenue through upselling while maintaining high SOP standards. Previous leadership in premium casual Asian restaurants is valued.
