The Hoxton Melbourne, part of Ennismore, is opening its first Australian hotel in the Cremorne area. We are seeking a Director of People & Culture to build the function from the ground up, lead a high-volume pre-opening recruitment drive and partner with the business to look after teams.
You will ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act, NES, the applicable Award and Victorian long service leave, while embedding Hoxton values, driving talent and development, and overseeing OH&S; and wellbeing.
