Senior Account Manager – Recruitment n
Build and strengthen client relationships as a Senior Account Manager with Compas, supporting account management, client engagement and the delivery of recruitment and services solutions.

Essential Tasks n

Manage and strengthen relationships across key client accounts.
n
Understand client requirements and coordinate responsive recruitment solutions.
n
Identify prospects to grow existing accounts and develop recent business.
n
Work closely with the Compas team to support high-quality client outcomes.
n
Key Criteria n

Robust experience in account management, client relationship management or business development.
n
Excellent communication,



negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Demonstrated ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships.

Commercial focus with the ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
