We're partnering with one of Australia's exciting and quick-growing fashion and fitness brands to find a Partnerships Specialist to join their growing marketing team.

This is an opportunity for a commercially minded, relationship-driven marketer to take ownership of a thriving creator, affiliate and gifting ecosystem — playing a key role in growing the brand's community, content and commercial performance.

You'll be at the heart of the brand's creator community: building authentic relationships, discovering emerging talent, developing affiliate partnerships and turning genuine brand love into measurable growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social culture, creators, fashion, fitness and what makes a brand community tick.

You'll need to be equally comfortable building relationships with creators, analysing performance data and spotting the next chance before anyone else does.

The Role

Reporting to the Organic Growth Manager, you'll own the day-to-day management and growth of the brand's creator and affiliate partnerships.





You'll manage a large and growing network of creators and affiliate partners, with a focus on building strong relationships, driving high-quality content and growing revenue through the partnership channel.

You'll also lead the brand's organic and reactive seeding strategy — keeping your finger on the pulse of social, identifying people who genuinely connect with the brand and creating opportunities to turn organic brand affinity into long-term partnerships.

Working closely with the wider marketing team across influencer, social, paid media and campaigns, you'll have a genuine prospect to influence how the brand shows up in culture and continues to grow its community.
