The Victoria Hotel, part of the Independent Collection by EVT, in Melbourne CBD is seeking a trained Cook for a casual, in office role.
This hands-on position covers preparation, cooking and service across multiple kitchen stations, contributing to a vibrant dining experience for guests.
Ideal applicants will have previous cook/kitchen experience, solid knowledge of food preparation and equipment, and a solid understanding of food safety, hygiene and storage procedures.
