ASC is seeking an Infrastructure & Operations Workflow Lead to design, implement and mature the workflow management and capacity framework across IT operations. You will build governance and reporting structures, ensuring workload visibility and alignment with delivery commitments.
You will partner with IT PMO and technology leaders to establish fit-for-purpose processes, dashboards and metrics that drive proactive management of demand and delivery across multiple teams.
