Australian Venue Co is seeking proactive Duty Managers to lead operations across Darwin venues. You will drive guest experiences, oversee service standards and mentor front-of-house teams in a quick-paced hospitality environment.

This role offers exposure to busy lunch services, sporting events, live music and late-night trading. Candidates will have 1–2 years in hospitality leadership, strong customer service skills, and a proven ability to lead under pressure.
