About our company:
Integral Living Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider delivering disability and community support services, including Supported Independent Living (SIL), assistance with daily living, community participation, life skills development, group and centre-based activities, household assistance and transport support.
As our operations continue to grow across New South Wales and Victoria, we are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and process-driven Organisation Analyst to join our team in Kingsgrove NSW. The position will play an important role in reviewing and improving our organisational systems, procedures, workflows and methods of operation to support efficient and consistent service delivery.
Salary Range: $85,000 to $95,000 plus superannuation (depending upon experience & skills)

Main responsibilities
·Analyse and review existing organisational procedures, administrative systems, operational practices and service delivery workflows to identify inefficiencies, process gaps and opportunities for improvement.
·Design, develop, document and implement streamlined organisational processes, standard operating procedures and work methods aimed at improving productivity, consistency, service quality and operational performance.
·Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis to assess how activities, information and resources move across different areas of the organisation and recommend more effective methods of operation.
·Prepare detailed reports, process maps, procedure manuals, workflow documentation, forms, templates and organisational improvement proposals to support management decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
·Review existing administrative and operational systems and assist in designing and implementing digital tools, templates and workflow solutions to improve scheduling, reporting,
client management and utilisation of organisational resources.
·Analyse operational and performance information to identify patterns, trends and areas requiring improvement and develop evidence-based recommendations to improve organisational efficiency and resource utilisation.
·Monitor and evaluate newly implemented processes and organisational methods against agreed performance measures to determine their effectiveness and identify whether further improvements are required.
·Analyse organisational procedures and workflows against applicable regulatory and quality requirements, including the NDIS Practice Standards, SIL Practice Standards, NDIS Code of Conduct, relevant NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements and WHS requirements, and recommend procedural and systems improvements.
·Consult with management, rostering and service coordinators, SIL house teams, frontline employees and other relevant stakeholders to understand operational requirements, obtain feedback on existing practices and facilitate the implementation of improved procedures.
·Support organisational change initiatives by assisting employees to understand and adopt revised procedures, workflows, documentation requirements and operational systems.
·Analyse organisational structures, reporting relationships, allocation of responsibilities, resource allocation and division of functions, and recommend improvements to organisational structures, reporting arrangements and work methods.
·Assist in planning and developing operational processes,
set-up procedures and handover requirements for new SIL properties and service locations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in business process analysis, organisational improvement, methods analysis or a closely related area, preferably within healthcare, community services, disability services or a similar environment.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping, workflow modelling and organisational design methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational information, identify inefficiencies and develop practical, evidence-based solutions.
- Familiarity with relevant compliance and quality frameworks, including NDIS Practice Standards, the NDIS Code of Conduct and WHS practices.
- Experience using process mapping and data analysis tools such as Visio, Lucidchart or advanced Excel, and familiarity with rostering or client management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare professional reports, procedures and recommendations.
- Solid organisational and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with management and multidisciplinary operational teams.
